Dear Young Intellectual,

We cordially invite you to participate at our second annual English Liberty & Entrepreneurship Camp. From breakfast till the evening debate the ideas of liberty with peers from around Kyrgyzstan and exceptional professors.

Learn about free markets and how to apply them to history, economics, philosophy and politics. Come out understanding what economic policies have enabled countries like Hong Kong and Estonia achieve astronomic growth? What should the provisional/next government do in Kyrgyzstan to follow in their tracks?

Liberty Camp is the place to meet World's leading economic experts, network with other young intellectuals and improve your English! Explore and discuss a range of hottest issues within broader issues with your peers and economic experts:
    * Economic Policy - What should the new government do?
    * Free Trade - Customs Union
    * Taxation - Property and Car Tax
    * Size of government - Social Programs

Liberty & Entrepreneurship Camp is a five day seminar that actively explores the political and economic foundations of a free society through
    * Engaging lectures
    * Small group discussions
    * Movie screenings
    * Debates and
    * Presentations

The Liberty Camp is free thanks to the generous support of our donors. Lectures, housing and meals are provided by CAFMI. The seminar is open to young professionals and activists from Kyrgyzstan. Applications from college students or recent graduates from all universities are also considered.

The seminar takes place on the scenic shores of Issyk-Kul. At the days end of arduous intellectual work you can explore the coastline, pickup a game of Frisbee or football and light swim.

    * Date: May 1-7, 2010
    * Place: Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan

This seminar is limited to 40 qualified applicants. Accommodation, food and travel to/from Issyk-Kul will be paid for by the Institute.
